About Rosebud Studios
Rosebud Studios, located in Carroll County, Maryland, was founded in 1983.
The studio offers the ability to learn about many different products and techniques for painting on porcelain and fine china through studies and creative projects.
Teri also sells her handpainted work online, so please feel free to visit the shop. Enjoy!

Committed to helping our students achieve their dreams
With over 40 years of painting experience and 35 years experience with ceramics, Teri has become a talented artist and teacher.
She has been certified through the International Porcelain Arists and Teachers Association as both a certified Master Artist and Master Teacher.
Offering classes in and outside of the studio, she has also taught classes for the local Parks and Recreation and has offered art classes for home schooling.
